Food I

Leslie:  Here are some food pictures for my foodie friends:
Fabulous kolokythakia tiganites (fried zucchini)

Rhodian Horiatiki Salata, with dill and capers... not the berries, but the stem and leaves!

Rhodian vegetable plate

The food on Rhodes was interesting... subtly different, with cumin in the keftedes (meatballs), brined caper leaves and stems in several salads, and some food you don't normally see in Greece (though I don't really know why not...) hummus and tabouleh and falafel!
