Most of my time in Greek hotels was either on my own small dime as a student, or on an ASCSA trip as a student, and way back in the 1990s. My, things have changed! All our hotels have been lovely and well-located (thank you Symposium Travel!), and each unique... no cookie cutter corporate hotels here. Actually, aside from To Hilton, I've not seen hotel chains. These are all family owned, and maintained with pride.
